- Half lb wheat flour
- Half a teaspoon of Baking Powder
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
- Pinch of Cumin and Coriander powder
- Little Ginger paste
- Little Garlic paste
- 300 ml of Cooking Oil

1. Take a deep bowl and mix wheat flour, baking powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger and garlic paste with salt.
2. Stir the mixture properly till everything is mixed.
3. Pour water into the mixture stirring continuously until you have a good paste (neither too thick nor thin).
4. Let it rest for 5 hours for best taste, but you can also cook it immediately.
5. Heat a pan and pour the oil, let it heat nicely.
6. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and drop it into the hot oil. You can cook several at once.
7. Fry till they are golden brown in color and take them out, removing any extra oil with a towel or paper napkin.
