-1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 packet of Noodles (white or brown)
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Green chili finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 cup Warm water
1. Open the packet of noodles and soak it in warm water just before you heat the pan (don’t over soak it or else it will be too soft).
2. Turn on the gas and heat the pan.
3. Add oil, when oil is hot add finely chopped onion and stir and fry until onion is golden brown.
4. Add tomatoes and keep on stirring.
5. Now add soaked noodles along with water and let it cook until half the water dries up.
6. Now add green chili and mix it well, cooking in medium flame until all water dries out.
7. Garnish with Cilantro leaves to serve in a plate and enjoy!
