- 250 grams kinema
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 large tomato (sliced)
- 2 Green chilies
- ΒΌ tablespoon turmeric powder
- Salt (as per taste)
1. Turn on the stove and heat the pan.
2. Add oil and heat it.
3. When oil is hot add chopped onions and fry it.
4. When the onion turns golden brown add tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes.
5. Now add turmeric powder and stir it well. Fry for 2 more minutes.
6. Now add kinema and fry it for 5 minutes.
7. Add a little water to make thick soup and cook for 7 more minutes.
8. Kinema curry is ready to serve!
