- ½ pomegranate
- 1 cup green grapes
- 2 oranges
- 1 apple
- 1 banana (firm)
- 10 strawberries
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 finely chopped green chili (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger Juice
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
1. Cut each grapes into four parts.
2. Remove the seeds of pomegranate and wash the fruits.
3. Remove the skin of oranges and cut into ½ of each piece, and cube apple into ½ inch dice.
4. Peel banana and slice it into approximately ¼ inch rounds while slicing strawberries.
5. Cut the cucumber cubed into ¼ inch dice and add all these fruits in a bowl.
6. Add green chili and cilantro.
7. Add sugar, lemon juice, ginger juice, and sugar, salt and chat masala in it.
8. Mix it well and serve cold with some chilled yogurt or ice-cream.
