-100 gms Okra/Ladyfinger
-1/2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
-1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
-1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
-3 Red Chilies
-1/2 teaspoon Tamarind
-Pinch of Hing or Asafetida
-Salt (as per taste)
1. Heat oil and do seasoning with mustard seed and cumin seeds.
2. Add the red chilies, coriander seeds, asafetida and fry them in low flame. Allow to cool.
3. In another pan, deep fry okra until stickiness goes off.
4. Grind the fried okra and the seasoned mixture with salt and tamarind.
5. Your Ramtoriya ko Achar is now ready to serve!
