- 3 tablespoons of boiled peas (chana)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 deacon radish
- 1 boiled potato
- 2 carrots
- 1 green chili pepper
- Chat masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato
- 6-7 papad
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
1. Start by frying the papad. This should take approximately 5 minutes.
2. Cut the carrot, cucumber, tomato, potato and green chili pepper into same size dice shapes. Place all these in a bowl.
3. Add salt, red chili powder and lime juice to the bowl and mix it all together.
4. Take one of the papads and spread the mixture on top of it.
5. Sprinkle chat masala on top and serve!
