- 1 cup semolina/suji
- 1/3 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 10-15 cashew (finely cut into small pieces)
- 10-15 raisins
- 5 cardamom
- 3-4 almonds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut (optional)
- 25 ml milk
1. Heat the pan and add ghee to it.
2. When the ghee is hot, add suji and stir it in medium heat.
3. Add grated coconut and keep stirring else. It will stick on the base of the pan.
4. Now add sugar and mix it well.
5. Turn off the heat and add milk; keep stirring.
6. Add cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom in it.
7. Let the mixture cool down a little for a while.
8. Take some of the mixture in your palm and turn it into round ball shape (ladoo).
