- 500 gram (5 cups) Gram flour / Garbanzo Flour
- 400 Gram (2 cups) Ghee
- 500 gram (2 cups) Sugar
- 50 gram (quarter cup) Cashew
- 4 to 5 Cardamom (powdered)
1. Heat the pan on stove pour ghee on it and heat till ghee gets hot.
2. Pour the gram flour into the hot pan and keep stirring until the flour turns golden brown.
3. Take pan out of heat and add cashew and cardamom powder, stir well & let the flour cool down for a while.
4. Add sugar or sugar syrup on the cooled flour, don’t add sugar on hot flour as the sugar will melt.
5. Take out small portions of cooked flour dough and make balls by gently rolling each portion between your palms (if needed, apply ghee on your palms so that the dough won’t stick to your hands).
6. Place the balls onto a plate & serve them once cool!
