Ingredients:
- 2 big tomatoes
- 3 table spoon sesame seed (steel)
- 1 gell pepper (any color)
- 10 green chilies
- 2 pieces garlic (chopped)
- 3 leaves coriander
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Some vegetables (any type)
- Salt for taste
1. Heat sesame seeds in micro wave/frying pan for about 1 minute.
2. Wash and cut two tomatoes in a four halves.
3. Cut the green chilies in halves
4. Add red chilies, garlic and salt
5. Heat the pan and add one tablespoon oil
6. Add chopped garlic and fry it until golden brown
7. Add cut vegetables (You can either fry or not fry the vegetable)
8. Add red chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt
9. Add 2 cup of water and let the sauce get boiled
