Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon of mustard oil

- Salt, to taste

- ½ teaspoon red chili powder

- A pinch of turmeric

- 2 eggs

- Cooked rice (pakeko bhat)

- 1 teaspoon cumin seed



Method

1. Heat the mustard oil in a pan on medium heat.

2. Add the eggs and scramble until golden brown and set aside.

3. Add the cooked rice, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin seed to the pan and mix it all.

4. Let the mixture cook for 2 minutes before turning off the stove.
