- 3 cups Milk- 2 tablespoons Plain Fresh Curds

1. Warm milk in microwave for 12 minutes or warm it in a pan but do not boil.2. Let the milk cool by itself (just keep it aside for 30 minutes to let it be lukewarm temperature).3. Meanwhile, pour the curd into a lid container and stir it gently.4. Check if the milk is lukewarm, if it is cold, then warm it again (use your fingers to feel the warmth of the milk).5. Mix the curd in the milk and stir it very gently.6. Cover the lid of the container and microwave for 3 minutes or warm it a bit in a pan (of course, use stove).7. Place the container with mixture inside a closed rack or microwave overnight (don’t turn the microwave on).8. Check the curd to see if it is set, if not, then put it as it is for more hours.9. Put in the freeze when it is set.
