- 4 to 5 Tomatoes
- ½ Onion cut into small pieces
- ¼ tablespoon Ginger paste (preferably finely chopped)
- 4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 Green chilies,finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seed
- 1 teaspoon Thyme seed
- Salt to taste
- 1/3 teaspoon
- Coriander powder
- Red chili powder as desired
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Timur
- 1/3 teaspoon Turmeric
1. Wash and cut tomatoes into four halves.
2. Heat a pan.
3. Add oil; when pan is hot, add fenugreek seeds and thyme seed.
4. When they turn golden brown, pour tomato, onion, garlic, ginger and green chili simultaneously.
5. Add turmeric and salt.
6. When it starts to give water, then add coriander powder and red chilies.
7. Let it cook until all the water dries.
8. Add fresh coriander and serve your cooked tomato achar!
