- 6 chicken drumsticks/chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (maida)
- 2 tablespoons corn flour or gram flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper/ chili powder
- A pinch of sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- Oil for frying
1. In a bowl, add soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste and sugar.
2. Add chicken wings and coat them well and set aside for at least one hour. (you can even put it overnight to get better taste)
3. Make a smooth batter by adding corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, pepper and beaten eggs.
4. Heat oil in a pan (or you can preheat the oven for 350 f and let the chicken drumsticks cook for 35 minutes)
5. Dip each wing in the batter and coat evenly before deep frying until golden brown.
