- 5 green chili peppers- 2 tablespoons of sesame powder- Salt to taste- 1 tablespoon of oil- ΒΌ teaspoon of fenugreek seeds- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice- Β½ cup of water

Heat a pan and add the oil onto it; once the oil is hot enough, add in the fenugreek seeds and wait until they turn golden brown.3. Next, add the green chilies and cook until they also turn golden brown.4. Once the chilies are cooked, add in the sesame powder and salt and mix it up.5. Pour half a cup of water, cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes until all the water has dried up.6. Finally, switch off the gas and add lemon juice into the pickle and mix it up one last time before taking it off the heat.
