- Half lb wheat flour- Half a teaspoon of Baking Powder- Pinch of Turmeric powder- Pinch of Cumin and Coriander powder- Little Ginger paste- Little Garlic paste- 300 ml of Cooking Oil- Salt to taste

Heat a pan and pour the oil, let it heat nicely.6. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and drop it into the hot oil. You can cook several at once.7. Fry till they are golden brown in color and take them out, removing any extra oil with a towel or paper napkin.
