Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon mustard oil - Salt to taste - ½ teaspoon red chili powder - A pinch of turmeric - 2 cups cooked rice (pakeko bhat) - 1 teaspoon cumin seed

Method

1. Turn on the gas and heat the pan. 2. Add oil; when oil is hot, add cumin seed. 3. Now add the rice and stir it. 4. Add salt, turmeric and red chili powder, then stir properly. 5. Cook without covering for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until all ingredients are mixed well and everything is heated. 6. Turn off the heat and serve your Fried Rice!
