- 1 cup macaroni- 2 cups fresh cream- 4 cups whole milk- 4 tablespoons condensed milk- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder- 10 pieces grapes- ½ apple, finely cut into dice- 1 orange, peeled and each piece cut into two halves- 2 tablespoons walnuts
Method
1. Boil the macaroni until it is soft in a pot of boiling water. Once cooked, take the macaroni off the gas and rinse it under cold flowing water to stop sticking together.2. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, cream, condensed milk, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder.3. Add the macaroni to the mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated.4. Now add all the fruits and nuts and mix together until everything is evenly distributed.5. Your macaroni salad is now ready to be served! Serve chilled for best results.
