Ingredients:-2 cups grated carrots-2 cups milk-1/4 cups sugar-1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder-6 chopped cashew nuts-Β½ tablespoon ghee

Method

1. Boil the milk in a pan over medium heat.2. In another pan, melt the ghee and add grated carrots, fry for about 7 minutes until it turns slightly golden brown.3. Add the boiled milk and cook till all the milk has dried up completely.4. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well, cook for 4 more minutes.5. Garnish with cashew nuts and turn off the stove. Gajar ko Halwa is ready!
