Ingredients

- 250 gram (2cup) soybean flour- 250 gram (2 cup) wheat flour- 350 gram (1 1/2 cup) ghee- 500 gram (3 cup) sugar mixture- 1cup(cut into pieces) cashew, almond, pistachio, raisins

Method

1. Turn on the stove and heat the pan2. Add half of the ghee in the pan and let it melt3. When ghee is hot, add both the flour and stir4. Keep on stirring until it turns golden brown5. When the flour is slightly hot, add remaining ghee6. Add cashew, cardamom powder and stir it well7. When the flour cools down a little, add sugar8. Make balls by gently rolling each portion between your palms into a smooth ball (if needed, apply ghee on your palms so the dough won’t stick to your palms)9. Place the balls on a plate
