- 200 gram gram flour- 50 gram sugar- 5 pieces black pepper whole- 1 cup oil- 2 cups water
Method
1. In a bowl, mix together the wheat flour, sugar, and black pepper with two cups of water until combined. The mixture should be thin.2. Heat a pan and add oil in it.3. Take a small round spatula (डाढु) to scoop out the mixture onto the hot pan little by little.4. Fry each malpuwa until both sides are golden brown and cooked through completely before transferring to a plate lined with parchment paper to soak extra oil.
