Ingredients:- 1 fist full of Gundruk (dried green leaves)- 50 grams Soybean (Bhatmas)- 2 tablespoons Oil- Salt (as per taste)- 3 - 4 green Chilies- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice- 1 Garlic Clove- 1 Tomato

Method

1. Soak Gundruk in a bowl of water and leave it for about half an hour.2. Heat the Soybean either with or without oil (bhutna) in a pan until lightly browned.3. Grind the green chilies, salt, tomato, and garlic together using a grinder to make a mince mix.4. Add the oil, lemon juice, and soybean to the mix, add gundruk (slightly minced) and stir well with a spoon.5. Allow it to cool before serving as Gundruk ko Achar!
